Diphylline
Diphylline (Diprophylline) is a xanthine derivative bronchodilator that functions by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and antagonizing adenosine receptors, increasing intracellular cAMP to relax smooth muscle. It is applied in research models of asthma, COPD, and related pulmonary diseases for investigating bronchial relaxation and cAMP-mediated pathways in vitro and in vivo.
