Ivachtin
Ivachtin (Caspase-3 Inhibitor VII) is a potent, reversible, and noncompetitive small-molecule inhibitor of caspase-3 (IC50=23 nM) with lower activity against other caspases. This cell-permeable compound is widely used in vitro to study apoptotic pathways and has been applied in vivo within animal models of neurological and liver diseases.
