Eltanexor
Eltanexor (ONO-7706) is an orally bioavailable, potent inhibitor of exportin-1 (XPO1) with an EC50 of 60.9 nM. It induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in leukemic cell lines and has demonstrated anti-leukemic activity in preclinical in vitro and in vivo research models.
