Temozolomide
Temozolomide is an orally bioavailable DNA alkylating agent capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. It exhibits antitumor, antiangiogenic, and pro-apoptotic properties and is widely used in glioblastoma research, both in vitro and in vivo, due to its stability in acidic conditions and hydrolysis at neutral to basic pH.
