Dooku1
Dooku1 is a Yoda1 analog and selective Piezo1 channel antagonist, inhibiting Yoda1-evoked Ca2+ influx with IC50 values of ~1.3-1.5 μM in HEK 293 cells and HUVECs. It also blocks Yoda1-induced aortic relaxation, making it a useful research tool for studying Piezo1 mechanobiology in cardiovascular and cellular physiology.
