DRI-C21045

Dri-c21045 concentration-dependently inhibits NF-κB activation and CD40L-induced B cell proliferation with IC50 values of 17.1 μM and 4.5 μM, respectively. It selectively blocks the CD40-CD40L protein-protein interaction (IC50 = 0.17 μM) and is applied in immunological research, including in vitro and in vivo studies of autoimmune diseases.
