Rasagiline
Rasagiline (AGN1135) is a selective, irreversible monoamine oxidase B inhibitor used in Parkinson's disease research. It is studied as an adjunct to levodopa/carbidopa therapy and is applied in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models of neurodegeneration to investigate neuroprotective mechanisms.
