ESI-08
ESI-08 is a selective EPAC2 antagonist with an IC50 of 8.4 μM, effectively inhibiting cAMP-induced EPAC activation without affecting PKA. This tool compound is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study EPAC2's role in insulin secretion, neuronal signaling, and cardiovascular function.
