FIDAS-3 is a stilbene-based small molecule that potently inhibits MAT2A (IC50 = 4.9 μM) by competing with its cofactor SAM. This Wnt pathway inhibitor demonstrates anticancer activity and is a useful chemical probe for studying methionine metabolism and epigenetics in cancer cell lines and in vivo models.
