Olcegepant
Olcegepant (BIBN-4096) is a potent and highly selective small-molecule antagonist of the human CGRP1 receptor, exhibiting sub-nanomolar affinity (Ki = 14.4 pM) . It is widely used in migraine research to investigate CGRP receptor function in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo animal models of neurogenic inflammation and vasodilation.
