Peldesine
Peldesine (BCX-34) is a potent, orally bioavailable, and reversible inhibitor of purine nucleoside phosphorylase. It suppresses T-cell proliferation with an IC50 of 800 nM and has been investigated in preclinical research for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, psoriasis, and HIV infection.
