Nylidrin hydrochloride
Nylidrin hydrochloride inhibits IgG1-mediated histamine release from guinea pig lung and IgE-mediated release from rat mast cells and human basophils. This small molecule is a research tool for studying allergic and anaphylactic responses in both in vitro and ex vivo experimental models.
