Clopidogrel sulfate
Clopidogrel bisulfate is the active pharmaceutical ingredient of a potent antiplatelet agent. As a selective P2Y12 receptor antagonist, it inhibits ADP-induced platelet activation, fibrinogen binding, and aggregation. This compound is widely used in cardiovascular research, including in vitro platelet function studies and in vivo models of thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
