Nilutamide
Nilutamide (RU23908) is a pure nonsteroidal antiandrogen used in prostate cancer research. It selectively blocks androgen receptor signaling, inhibiting the growth of androgen-dependent prostatic tissues in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
