Nimodipine
Nimodipine (BAY-e 9736) is a dihydropyridine-class calcium channel antagonist with selective activity on vascular smooth muscle. It is widely used in research to study cerebrovascular function and neuroprotection in models of subarachnoid hemorrhage, both in vitro and in vivo.
