Piceatannol (Astringenin) is a bioactive stilbenoid with anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and antiproliferative properties. It functions by inhibiting tyrosine kinases such as p56lck and Syk, and suppresses NF-κB activation and TNF-induced gene expression.
