Niflumic acid
Niflumic acid is a small molecule analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent that acts as a Ca2+-activated Cl- channel blocker. It is used in rheumatoid arthritis research and has been employed in both in vitro electrophysiology studies and in vivo models of pain and inflammation.
