Tyrphostin AG1433 is a dual inhibitor of the PDGFRβ and VEGFR-2 (KDR) tyrosine kinases with IC50 values of 5.0 μM and 9.3 μM, respectively. This compound is used in biochemical and cellular research to study angiogenesis and tumor growth pathways in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
