Tolazamide
Tolazamide (U-17835) is a sulfonylurea compound that acts as an oral hypoglycemic agent, similar in mechanism and therapeutic use to chlorpropamide. It is utilized in diabetes research to study insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells, both in vitro and in animal models of type 2 diabetes.
