YM758 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the cardiac pacemaker (If) current, primarily targeting the HCN4 channel. It is used in cardiovascular research to study heart rate regulation and has been applied in both in vitro electrophysiology and in vivo animal models of sinus node dysfunction.
