BPK-29 hydrochloride

BPK-29 hydrochloride is a covalent inhibitor targeting cysteine 274 of the orphan nuclear receptor NR0B1, disrupting its protein-protein interactions. This small molecule is a valuable research tool for studying NR0B1 function and has been shown to inhibit anchorage-independent growth in KEAP1-mutant cancer cell lines in vitro.
