ALLO-2
ALLO-2 is a potent inhibitor of drug-resistant Smoothened (Smo) mutants. It effectively blocks Hh-Ag1.5-induced Hedgehog pathway activity in TM3-Gli-Luc reporter cells with an IC50 of 6 nM, making it a valuable tool for investigating Smo-dependent signaling in cancer research and drug resistance studies both in vitro and in vivo.
