Ciliobrevin D
Ciliobrevin D is a cell-permeable small molecule inhibitor of the AAA+ ATPase motor protein cytoplasmic dynein. It is widely used in research to disrupt dynein-dependent processes, including Hedgehog signaling and primary cilia formation in vivo, as well as microtubule motility and ATPase activity in vitro.
