Denifanstat
Denifanstat (FASN-IN-2, TVB-2640) is a selective, orally active fatty acid synthase (FASN) inhibitor with reported IC50 and EC50 values of 0.052 μM and 0.072 μM, respectively. By inhibiting FASN, denifanstat reduces de novo lipogenesis, a key pathway involved in fatty acid production and metabolic regulation.
