Gboxin is a small molecule inhibitor of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation that selectively targets glioblastoma cells by inhibiting F0F1 ATP synthase activity. It has demonstrated antitumor efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo glioblastoma research models.
