Glibornuride
Glibornuride is a potent ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channel blocker, as evidenced by its inhibition of high-affinity [3H]-glibenclamide binding. This sulfonylurea is used in research to study KATP channel function and insulin secretion mechanisms in pancreatic beta cells, both in vitro and in vivo.
