Gamma-L-Glutamyl-p-nitroanilide HCl
GPNA hydrochloride is a glutamine transporter ASCT2 (SLC1A5) inhibitor and a known γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT) substrate. It also inhibits SNAT and LAT family amino acid transporters. This compound is widely used in cancer metabolism research, where it induces apoptosis in vitro, such as in A549 lung cancer cell studies.
