Aumitin
Aumitin is a diaminopyrimidine inhibitor of autophagy, suppressing both starvation- and rapamycin-induced processes with IC50 values of 0.12 μM and 0.24 μM, respectively. It also functions as a mitochondrial complex I inhibitor, impairing cellular respiration, and is used in autophagy and metabolism research in vitro.
