Lacidipine
Lacidipine (SN-305) is a lipophilic, long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that selectively relaxes vascular smooth muscle to lower blood pressure without causing reflex tachycardia. It is used in hypertension research and has been studied in both in vivo animal models and in vitro vascular preparations.
