Emapunil
Emapunil (XBD-173) is a selective agonist for the Translocator Protein (TSPO), a mitochondrial 18 kDa protein also known as the peripheral benzodiazepine receptor. It is used in preclinical research to investigate anxiolytic mechanisms and neurosteroidogenesis in both in vitro and in vivo models.
