Ponatinib
Ponatinib is an orally active multi-targeted kinase inhibitor that potently inhibits Abl, PDGFRα, VEGFR2, FGFR1, and Src. It is used in research on chronic myeloid leukemia, demonstrating antitumor activity in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models.
