Exisulind (CP248) is a pro-apoptotic small molecule that activates protein kinase G (PKG) . It demonstrates antineoplastic activity in vitro across various solid and hematological cancer cell lines and inhibits tumor growth in vivo in rodent models of colon, prostate, bladder, mammary, and lung cancers.
