PP121
PP-121 is a potent multi-kinase inhibitor targeting PDGFR, Hck, mTOR, VEGFR2, Src, and Abl with low nanomolar IC50 values, and also inhibits DNA-PK. It has been utilized in preclinical research to study oncogenic signaling pathways and has shown activity in cellular proliferation assays and in vivo tumor models.
