IC261
IC261 (SU-5607) is a selective casein kinase 1 (CK1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 16 μM, which is significantly more potent than its activity against Cdk5 (IC50 4.5 mM) . It activates the mitotic checkpoint and is widely used in vitro to study cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and circadian rhythms.
