PIK-75 is a potent dual inhibitor of DNA-PK and PI3K, exhibiting low nanomolar IC50 values against DNA-PK (2 nM) and p110α (5.8 nM), with additional activity against p110γ (76 nM) . This small molecule is a valuable research tool for investigating DNA damage response and PI3K signaling pathways in both cellular and biochemical assays.
