Regadenoson
Regadenoson (CVT-3146) is a selective A2A adenosine receptor agonist used as a coronary vasodilator in pharmacological stress testing. Its high selectivity and longer half-life compared to adenosine make it valuable for myocardial perfusion imaging in clinical and preclinical research, including studies of coronary flow reserve.
