BMS-8 is a small molecule PD-1/PD-L1 interaction inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.2 μM. It functions by binding to PD-L1 and promoting its homodimerization. This mechanism supports its application in cancer immunotherapy research, including in vitro assays to study immune checkpoint blockade.
