KN-62 is a selective cell-permeable inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) with a Ki of 0.9 μM. It is widely used in neuroscience and cardiovascular research to probe CaMKII signaling in cellular models and animal studies of synaptic plasticity, cardiac function, and memory.
