KN-93
KN-93 is a cell-permeable, selective inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase II (CaMKII) that acts by competitively antagonizing calmodulin binding. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to investigate CaMKII's roles in cardiac function, neuronal signaling, and synaptic plasticity.
