GDC0575 monohydrochloride
GDC-0575 monohydrochloride (ARRY-575) is a highly potent and selective Chk1 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.2 nM) . It disrupts Chk1-mediated cell cycle checkpoints, forcing DNA-damaged cells into mitosis. This mechanism is applied in preclinical cancer research, particularly in combination with DNA-damaging agents, to study chemosensitization in vitro and in vivo models.
