MT 63-78
MT 63-78 is a direct AMPK activator (EC50: 25 μM) with demonstrated antitumor activity. It inhibits prostate cancer cell growth in vitro by suppressing lipogenesis and mTORC1 signaling, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Its effects have also been explored in relevant in vivo xenograft models.
