Rifapentine
Rifapentine is a cyclopentyl-substituted, long-acting rifamycin antibiotic used in tuberculosis research. It is applied in both in vitro susceptibility assays and in vivo models to study its potent activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, including multidrug-resistant strains.
