NS5806
NS5806 is a small molecule activator of potassium currents that modulates KV4.3 and KV4.2 channels, particularly in complexes with KChIP2. It slows current decay and increases peak current amplitude (EC50 ~5.3 μM) . This tool compound is used in vitro to study cardiac transient outward potassium current (Ito) and neuronal A-type currents.
