Ogerin

Ogerin is a selective positive allosteric modulator of GPR68 (pEC50 6.83) that has been shown to inhibit fear memory recall in mouse models. It also exhibits inverse agonist/antagonist activity at the adenosine A2A receptor (Ki 220 nM) and weak antagonist activity at the serotonin 5-HT2B receptor (Ki 736 nM) . This profile makes it a useful research tool for studying neuropsychiatric conditions and GPCR signaling in both in vivo and in vitro experiments.
