Incyclinide (CMT-3) is a non-antimicrobial tetracycline derivative that potently inhibits matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) . It has demonstrated efficacy in suppressing invasiveness and growth of various cancers, including prostate, colon, and melanoma, in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
