Indobufen
Indobufen (Ibustrin) is a reversible, small-molecule inhibitor of platelet cyclooxygenase (COX) that suppresses thromboxane A2 synthesis and platelet aggregation. It also downregulates monocyte tissue factor expression, making it a useful research tool for studying thrombosis and inflammation in both in vitro and in vivo models.
