Rebamipide
Rebamipide is a quinolinone derivative that enhances gastric mucosal defense by inducing COX-2 and endogenous prostaglandin synthesis, scavenging free radicals, and inhibiting H. pylori-induced TNF-alpha. It is widely used in research on gastritis, ulcer models, and inflammation, with applications in both in vitro cellular studies and in vivo animal experiments.
