KH7 is a cell-permeable, selective inhibitor of soluble adenylyl cyclase (sAC) with an IC50 of 3-10 μM. It is widely used in research to probe sAC-mediated cAMP signaling in cellular models and has been applied in studies of sperm motility, mitochondrial function, and neuronal signaling pathways.
