Leptomycin B
Leptomycin B is a potent antifungal antibiotic and cell cycle blocker that covalently inactivates CRM1/exportin 1, inhibiting nuclear protein export. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study nucleocytoplasmic transport, cell cycle regulation, and cancer research.
