Nizatidine
Nizatidine is a reversible, competitive antagonist of the histamine H2 receptor that also exhibits antacid properties. It is widely used in research to investigate gastric acid secretion, both in vitro using cell-based assays and in vivo for ulcer models and pharmacokinetic studies.
